The price for translation, derived from the word count of the source text, is calculated on the basis of the language combination required, as well as the nature, complexity and format of the document to be translated. Prices start at GBP 93.00 per 1000 words.

For the purpose of quality assurance, all translations are proofread by a second translator, which is reflected in the quoted price.

Proofreading and editing is charged per hour. Prices start at GBP 30.00 per hour. Proofreading of typeset copy as part of a translation project can be included in the project at a reduced rate. Please ask for a quote.

Before proceeding, each assignment is assessed and the client receives a quote based on the anticipated work involved.

A minimum charge applies to small assignments - usually the equivalent of one hour's work.
